How our support line works

Our phone line is answered directly by our own customer support team based in Leeds, rather than an automated switchboard or an overseas call centre. When you call, you will be asked for your name and, if you already have one, your order reference, so that we can pull up the relevant details quickly. Most calls are resolved within a single conversation, whether the query concerns an order that has not yet arrived, a question about ingredients, or a request to cancel before dispatch. If the person who normally handles your type of enquiry is unavailable, we will take a message and call you back, usually within one working day.

Outside our published hours of Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 17:30, calls will not be answered live. We do not currently offer weekend or bank holiday phone support, and we recommend using email for anything raised outside these hours so that a written record exists as soon as our team is back online. Email sent outside working hours is read the next working morning in the order it was received.

What to expect and when

The table below sets out realistic response-time expectations for each contact channel, based on our normal staffing levels. These are not contractual service levels, but they reflect how the team is actually resourced.

ChannelBest used forTypical first response
PhoneOrder confirmation calls, urgent delivery questions, cancellations before dispatchImmediate during opening hours
EmailDetailed questions, attachments, written confirmation of a requestWithin 1 working day
Postal letterFormal notices, statutory requests, returned goods correspondenceWithin 5 working days of receipt

Before you call

  • Have your order reference or the phone number used when ordering to hand.
  • Note the approximate date you placed the order.
  • If your query concerns delivery, check the estimated window on the Delivery page first.
  • If your query concerns ingredients or dosage, the Composition page may already answer it.

What our team can help with

  1. Placing a new order by phone if you would prefer not to use the website form.
  2. Confirming or rescheduling a delivery before it is dispatched.
  3. Cancelling an order that has not yet left our fulfilment partner.
  4. Explaining the pay-on-delivery process, including accepted payment methods.
  5. Directing you to the correct policy page for returns, privacy or cookies.
“I called with a simple question about the delivery window and was speaking to a real person within a minute, which made the whole process feel far more reassuring than I expected.” — RM, Birmingham, verified customer

Written and postal enquiries

If you would prefer to write to us rather than call or email, correspondence can be sent to our registered office at 12 Park Row, Leeds, LS1 5HD, England, marked for the attention of Customer Support. Please include a way for us to reach you, such as a phone number or email address, since postal replies can take considerably longer than a call or email exchange. We recommend postal correspondence only for matters that specifically require a written record, such as a formal complaint or a statutory data request, rather than for routine order questions.

For statutory data protection requests specifically, see our Privacy Policy, which sets out the dedicated contact route and response timescales that apply to those requests separately from general customer service enquiries.

Complaints procedure

If you are unhappy with an order, a delivery, or how a previous enquiry was handled, please tell us directly first so that we have the opportunity to put things right. Call or email using the details above and ask to raise a complaint; we log every complaint formally and aim to send a substantive written response within 5 working days. If you remain unsatisfied after our final response, you are entitled to refer certain consumer disputes to an approved alternative dispute resolution provider, or to Trading Standards via the Citizens Advice consumer helpline, details of which are provided in our Terms of Use.
