1. Scope of this information
This page explains how delivery works for Hair Growth Formula orders placed through delvona.world, what information we collect to arrange delivery, which couriers we use, and how quickly we respond if something goes wrong. It applies to every order confirmed by our customer service team and dispatched to an address in the United Kingdom. It should be read alongside our Returns Policy, which explains what happens if a parcel is damaged or you wish to send an order back.
2. Data collected to arrange delivery
To dispatch your order we use the full name, delivery address and telephone number you provide on the order form, together with the order reference generated when we confirm your request by phone. We pass this information to our courier partner so that they can plan a delivery attempt and contact you if needed. We may also record delivery status updates, such as dispatch, out-for-delivery and delivered, which are shown to our customer service team if you contact us about the progress of your parcel.
3. Legal basis for processing delivery data
We process the personal data described above because it is necessary to perform our contract with you under Article 6(1)(b) of the UK GDPR; we cannot deliver a physical product without your address and a means of contacting you if the courier needs to reach you. Any additional records we keep for accounting or dispute-resolution purposes are processed to meet our legal obligations under Article 6(1)(c), and our efforts to prevent fraudulent or repeated abusive order requests rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f).
4. Retention of delivery records
Delivery and dispatch records, including courier tracking references, are retained for six years from the end of the relevant financial year, consistent with our general bookkeeping obligations. Delivery status notes used only for day-to-day customer service purposes are typically cleared from active support systems within twenty-four months of an order being completed, unless a longer period is required because of an ongoing complaint or dispute.
5. Your rights in relation to delivery information
You have the same rights described in our Privacy Policy in respect of the delivery information we hold about you, including the right to ask what we hold, to request a correction if an address or telephone number was recorded incorrectly, and to ask us to delete records once they are no longer needed for accounting or legal purposes. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at [email protected] or +44 113 289 4203 with enough detail for us to locate your order.
6. Courier partners we use
Depending on your region and parcel volumes at the time, we currently dispatch orders using Evri (Hermes Parcelnet Ltd) and DPD UK. Both are established UK parcel carriers that operate their own driver networks and payment-at-door card terminals. We choose a courier based on coverage and reliability for your postcode area, and the courier's own terms of carriage apply to the physical handling of your parcel in addition to these delivery terms.
7. Cookies used to support order tracking
Our website does not use tracking cookies for delivery purposes; the strictly necessary session cookie described in our Cookie Policy is used only to keep the order form working while you complete it. If we later introduce an online order-tracking page, any cookie required for that feature will be described in an updated Cookie Policy before it is switched on.
8. International transfers
Delivery within the United Kingdom does not normally involve any transfer of your personal data outside the country, since our courier partners operate UK-based networks. Where our website infrastructure, provided by Vercel Inc. in the United States, is used to relay delivery status information to your browser, we rely on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses to ensure this limited technical transfer remains appropriately protected.
9. Delays, missed deliveries and lost parcels
Occasionally deliveries are delayed by weather, high demand around public holidays, or courier capacity, and estimated timeframes shown in the table above are not a estimated delivery date. If a delivery attempt is missed, our courier will normally leave a card or message with instructions to rearrange delivery or collect from a local depot. If your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable period beyond the estimate for your region, contact us at [email protected] so that we can trace it with the courier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
10. Complaints and response times
If you experience a problem with delivery, contact us at [email protected] or +44 113 289 4203. We aim to acknowledge delivery-related enquiries within two working days and to provide a resolution, or a clear update from our courier partner, within seven working days. Where a resolution requires input from the courier's own claims process, we will keep you informed of expected timescales throughout.
11. Northern Ireland and island deliveries
Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, and other remote UK postcode areas may take longer than mainland deliveries, as reflected in the regional table above, due to more limited courier network coverage in these areas. We do not currently deliver outside the United Kingdom, and orders can only be placed with a UK delivery address at checkout confirmation.
12. Changes to this information
We may update delivery regions, estimated timeframes or costs shown on this page as our courier arrangements evolve. Version history: 11 August 2026 — initial publication of this delivery information alongside the launch of delvona.world. We review delivery costs and estimated timeframes at least annually, with our next scheduled review by 11 August 2027, and any change will be reflected on this page before it takes effect for new orders.
