1. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to every visitor to delvona.world and to anyone who submits a request through our order form, telephones our customer service line, or otherwise engages with us to purchase Hair Growth Formula. They govern the relationship between you and Delvona Health Ltd from the moment you access our website until any resulting order is fulfilled, returned or cancelled. They sit alongside, and do not replace, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Returns Policy, all of which form part of the wider agreement between us where relevant to a particular activity.
2. Eligibility and the information you provide
Hair Growth Formula is intended for adults, and by submitting an order request you confirm that you are at least eighteen years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. 5. Delivery and risk

Risk in the product passes to you once it has been delivered to the address you provided, so please ensure that address is accurate and that someone is available to receive and pay for the parcel. If a delivery attempt fails because nobody is available, our courier will normally leave a card with instructions for rearranging delivery or collection.
6. Cancellation and returns
You may cancel your order at any time before we confirm dispatch, simply by telling us during the confirmation call or by contacting us using the details in section 12. Once delivered, your right to cancel and return the product is governed by the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and is explained in full in our separate Returns Policy, which takes precedence on matters of cancellation and refunds. Unsealed food supplements are excluded from the right of withdrawal for hygiene reasons, as permitted by law, once the seal has been broken.
