How do I take it?
Take one capsule daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose, and keep the pack out of reach of children.
How many capsules are included?
Each pack contains 60 capsules, intended as a 2-month supply at one capsule per day.

How does payment work?
There is no prepayment. We confirm your request by phone and you pay the courier by cash or card when your parcel arrives.

No. Each order is placed separately, with no automatic recurring payment or subscription commitment.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 working days after phone confirmation. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
What is the delivery charge?
Most UK regions are £2.99. Scotland, Northern Ireland, Highlands and Islands have regional charges shown on the delivery page.
Can I cancel before dispatch?

What is the returns period?
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 calendar days from receipt to notify us that you wish to return an order. See the returns page for conditions.
Is the capsule vegetarian?
Yes. The capsule shell is HPMC and suitable for a vegetarian routine. Review the full composition before ordering if you have ingredient sensitivities.
